Robert Wood Johnson Fitness & Wellness Center is the region's most spectacular, professional, and comprehensive fitness and wellness center. It is our goal to provide you with the proper environment, education, motivation, and professional instruction to help you achieve your fitness goals. The RWJ Fitness & Wellness Center fulfills a long-held public
policy priority for the City of New Brunswick

: to bring a fitness facility
to the urban core. It is also just one component of Wellness Plaza,
a $110 million, 600,000 square foot major mixed-use lifestyle center
that further establishes New Brunswick as a truly vibrant, livable, and walkable City. It also includes The Fresh Grocer, a 1,275 space
parking garage, and, will include, an elevated, covered pedestrian
connection to the New Brunswick train station platform. The Center was designed and programmed to serve the diverse
the population of the City, including residents, visitors, employees,
commuters and students. With an emphasis on the pursuit of a
healthy lifestyle through services and amenities, the RWJ Fitness &
Wellness Center features an expansive exercise floor with a wide
variety of state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment,
fitness and dance studios and an aquatic center with a Junior
Olympic size lap pool, a therapy pool, and, a therapeutic spa. All
members receive professional fitness assessments from qualified
medical personnel and access to personal trainers and exercise
physiologists. Rounding out the Center’s many offerings are facilities
for the RWJ Physical Therapy group as well as a dynamic community
education programs covering a variety of health and wellness topics
available for members as well as the general public.

Please check back for updates. The Lap and Spa Pools will be open and available during this time.
