Every once in awhile, I rejuvenate my starter and make a whole grain sourdough bread with raisins, cardamom, fennel and orange! This time I added a sapphire from my engagement ring! Will have to do some serious chewing before we swallow, which is good for your digestion! …Yes, I’m trying to think positively about the whole experience

I couldn't resist sharing this. An old friend shared this on her page and I couldn't stop laughing! But in all seriousness, losing weight doesn't have to starvation. It is about making good choices that work for your body! I see so many people who try to make these drastic changes and they do lose weight, but once they go back to their 'regular' lifestyle they gain it all back and then some.
