’s body. Pak makes it his first priority to identify and remove the root cause of any pain. Then, he uses a combination of modalities to help his client improve balance, flexibility and strength while working toward a specific goal. In this way, he has been able to help people with injuries and special needs as well as athletes striving to reach a higher level of performance. Pak is among the first in our area to use a suspension-based corrective exercise and rehabilitation tool that uses gravity and bodyweight to create resistance. I'm just the facilitator,” explains Pak. "By balancing the body and mind, movement becomes pain-free, which enables greater performance - like gaining 20 yards on a golf swing or running your first marathon. It’s never too late to bring out your inner athlete." As one client explains, "Sung gives 200% of his high energy and intense focus to motivating me every time we work together. Each session makes a huge difference in how I feel about my body, and, as a result, in how I feel about myself." About Bodymechanics
