Little Heroes Pediatric Dentistry is looking for Dental Assistants and Expanded Functions Dental Assistants at all experience levels for both our Anderson and New Castle locations. For New Grad roles, all we need is an active (or provisionally active) Indiana Radiology License. We prefer candidates with Coronal Polishing and Fluoride Application Certificate. Last but not least, experienced candidates who love working with kids are welcome to apply. We offer best in class pay in line with experience, and you never have to ask for a pay raise! We do require assistants to work at both our New Castle and Anderson office. You will never be required to commute between offices, but may have to go to either location depending on the pre-assigned schedule. Our friend Locklan has managed to accomplish a not so common feat: today, he refuses to leave the office because he is having too much fun. Contrast that to his first visit when he tried to hide under the dental chair! You embody the spirit of a true superhero Locklan!

Presenting the Little Hero of the Day - Kimber! Kimber came to our Anderson office today and caused a ruckus since everybody in the office wanted to see her! Thanks for brightening up our office today Kimber. We will see you soon!

Look at these proud faces! Alexis’ journey to excellent oral health is one to learn from. Her mom came up with innovative changes to her routine to help Alexis get here. She made a treasure box full of gifts for Alexis at home. If Alexis got a candy at school or any other place, and if she deposited the candy with her mom instead of eating it, she would get to pick something from the treasure box. After a certain number of deposited candies, Alexis would get an even bigger prize such as a Chick-Fillet gift card! It took some time and a lot of determination for Alexis (and mom) to get to this point in her oral health journey. Proud and happy - that’s how we feel. More power to you mom and Alexis, you are role models!
