Meet Our QLS-Mercer Team
Our Speech Language Pathologist, Bailey Hoffman, focuses on enhancing residents’ communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities. Through personalized therapy, she helps individuals to find their voice, improve speech and language skills and regain confidence in expressing themselves.
Our Physical Therapist and Physical Therapy Assistant team, Regina (PT) and Michelle ()PTA/ Rehab Manager), specializes in restoring residents’ mobility, strength, and balance. Whether recovering from injury, surgery, or neurological conditions, they design individualized programs to promote physical independence and overall well-being.
Our Occupational Therapist and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant team, Lisa (OTR) and Jonna (COTA), help residents to develop the skills needed for meaningful daily activities. From fine motor coordination to adaptive techniques, they empower the residents to participate fully in work, home life or whatever activities fill their days.
