~Fascia~
Perfect for everyone, before yoga or any workout. We slow it wayyy down using props to assist with releases within the fascial network that connects every tissue in our body. Through fascial work, we can work to release the limiting patterns that our bodies are holding onto from injury, inflammation, infection, surgery, scarring, and otherwise. We will target 1-3 sections of the body each session. Think "release and relieve".
~Foundations~
Building from the pelvis to the shoulders, head then limbs; Foundations class breaks down each pose for the practitioner to learn proper body mechanics. In Foundations, you'll train proper posture and neuromuscular patterns into the body; increase range of motion, flexibility, stability, strength, and balance; and tie it all together with breathing techniques. This class is great for beginners to build their foundation and prepare their bodies for Flow. The intermediate and advanced yogi can use the class as an opportunity to deepen their practice. **Foundations is a living, breathing series originally created by the great Abbey Alter, Director of the Walnut Street Lodge in Sharon, PA. She has passed the series on to the teachers she has personally trained. In-Formation Yoga & Movement LLC is proud to continue the legacy.**
~Flow~
Ahhhh... the class that everyone LOVES! We transition smoothly from pose to pose through a progression using our inhales to lift and expand while our exhales enable us to fold and sink deeper into a posture. Tying the mind to the body through the breath, you'll both lose yourself and find yourself in Flow. Taking the foundations class before or in tandem with the Flow class is advised for beginners. Flows will vary between gentle and calming to demanding and invigorating. Modifications will be offered at the beginning of each class.
~Personal Yoga Flow~
We all have things we specifically want to address and aren't because plain old exercises can be boring! We'll build a flow that's personalized to your body and goals. Includes 1-hour assessment, 15-20 minute personal yoga flow w/ instructions, 1 half-hour follow-up, & video.

Unlimited = $160 (2 classes + 2 Fascia per week)

~Mask Policy~
For now, we require masking regardless of vaccination status. Why? Great question. Everyone has different health considerations, family member concerns, and lifestyles. By masking, everyone who feels comfortable can partake of the good energy we'll be generating within the class. And everyone can live their lives without concern or judgment.
