Hello everyone! I would first love to thank each and every participant that came to class #1 which featured Lavender and Amethyst. Class was spectacular and I so enjoyed working with everyone. I feel so blessed. With that said, here is the next class in my series on Gemstones and Oils. Class #2 will feature Rosemary varieties, Peppermint, and all the quartz varieties. We will explore the healing properties of each and how they can contribute to raising our vibration and ultimately the vibration of Mother Earth!!

Gemstone and Essential Oil Series
 Class # 1: Lavender & Amethyst. $25
 This class offers an in depth look at the healing properties of both Lavender and Amethyst. During the class, students will be able to see and experience the many types of lavender and lavandin that exist in the plant world today. Students will have the opportunity to test and try on essences and see the major differences between certain varieties of lavender and lavandin. This will help to understand better the healing properties each possess. Students will also work with amethyst in order to see its healing value. Each participant will receive a gemstone infused candle to take with them. Tea, water and biscuit cookies will be served.
 This class is being taught be Lisa McGlade the owner of Aydins. She has a background in the alternative healing arts, is a Level 1 practitioner of Wisdom of the Earth and is finishing her Master of Science in Medicinal Aromatherapy.

How to begin restoring ourselves to ideal health:
We start with little steps.
Step one: focus on one thing that brings a smile to your face and get into the feeling of that. Stay with that for a minimum of 17 seconds and you are changing your vibrational frequency. Spend a minute and you begin to manifest. Applying that to our health, focus on an area of the body you want to heal, spend 17 seconds on the feeling of the area being restored and stay with that. Immerse yourself in how that area of your body felt before illness struck. And stay with it. Do this each and every day and be open to signs and cues from the Universe or Source within, as you maybe being sent information on changes that need to occur in your daily routine or lifestyle choices. Remember, love and take care of yourself first and restoration of health is not something you need to fight for or win. Simply relax into yourself.
