So I know many of you have questions about Why Arbonne and Why I started my business with Arbonne. Today I'm going to tell you my story and my Why. I started working at the young age of 14. I had my daughter Aleeah when I was 22 and I was working 3 jobs at the time to help support our family. I have worked in fast food, retail, home health care, tire shops, etc. Unfortunately even though I was doing my best to help support my family, I was losing time with my daughter. I became so involved in my work that by the time i'd get home, it'd be dinner time and I'd be physically and mentally exhausted. We (Chris, myself, and our daughter) had a routine schedule each week. There were times when Chris would be out of town for work; sometimes for a few weeks at a time depending on location and requirements. I would send my daughter to daycare just so that I could work my job and we all know that daycare can be very expensive; especially when living paycheck to paycheck. Unfortunately Chris passed away unexpectedly in August 2020, and I knew I had to work harder for my daughter's sake. I would work different hours and different shifts based upon her daycare or school schedule, or those who were babysitting her at the time. My child is and has always been my number one priority and I knew I was missing out on her growing up and moments I wouldn't get back because I had to work, or I was too tired from work. This wasn't fair to Aleeah or myself and my mental health was starting to get the best of me and it showed. When Adam came into our lives, it was amazing because not only did he end up becoming our best friend but he also played an important role in both of our lives. He became Aleeah's 2nd dad and my fiance' in due time. Even still I was working long hours to support my family and Adam was doing the same and all Aleeah wanted and was yearning for was for my attention. Aleeah then started having stomach and bowel issues. She was in and out of the drs and hospitals for these issues only to find out that she's lactose intolerant. This scared her even more so because all of the things that she loved to eat or drink she wasn't able to do so without it causing another flare up. The drs recommended several otc medications to give her to help with these issues; however she doesn't always like to take them and in any case what child would? I started asking a few friends, who've I seen succeed in this business, for more information and I was taken back by how much they had to offer. It's not about a paycheck, it's about helping and supporting others which is a huge factor for me because I have always helped others ever since I was a little girl. All of the jobs that I've had over the years have been about serving and helping others. So, I decided to bite the bullet and give it a try. I found a few products that I thought would maybe be beneficial for not just myself, others, but for my daughter. I started off with the 30 days to healthy living program and in that were a few products called superfood greens, pea protein shakes, and gut health. I thought to myself okay, my daughter loves fruits and vegetables, this has fiber and nutrients as well as antioxidants, prebiotics, and probiotics; it's gluten, soy, dairy, and cruelty free as well as vegan so what do I really have to lose. Let me tell you what, these products have done nothing but work miracles for my daughter. She loves it and she loves the taste of these products! I handed out samples of our energy fizz sticks and everyone has fallen in love with them. I received a free gift which I was able to choose from a list of different items and I chose the hair mask. I decided to give that product to my mom to try because like myself we have some wild hair lol. So a few days went by and I asked her how the hair mask worked for her and she told me her hair was so soft, it took her only minutes (not hours) to straighten her hair with a flat iron, it looked healthy and shiny too! Needless to say she was very pleased with that item. My Why...I now have more time to spend with my daughter, I can work my own schedule whenever I want, wherever I want, and I get to continue to help others. I'm not asking for a credit card or anything for that matter. The only thing I'm asking is for just 1 person to take a look at our products and what we have to offer. If I've invited you to any of our group pages or events please take a minute to look at them. If there's something you think might benefit you or maybe someone you know, then show them or if you need information about anything, please reach out to me in a message. If you're looking for extra income, or a work from home job take a look at what Arbonne has to offer. All of the products we have are 90 days money back guaranteed; therefore, if you're not pleased with a product you purchased, you'll be fully refunded for that product and all you have to do is return the product. I hope that my story may shed some light on what I do for Arbonne; however, everyone has their own personal story to tell and their achievements. See less
