I cant believe its been 11 years with hope, love and a dream in my heart, I opened Infinity Flow Studio- Yoga, Barre & Pilates. My intention was to create a space where people felt at home,safe to practice without judgment and find compassion for themselves and others. I hoped to give everyone a little peace and happiness in their day, to hold space for people in whatever ways they showed up. In these past 11 years, we have moved locations, laughed and cried together, made new friends and learned so much from each other. I am humbled each time I hear people thank me for making them feel better. I am the one that is grateful. I get to do what I love because of all of you. Thank you to all who have come and graced our space with your presence and who continue to come back year after year. Also, sending huge hugs of gratitude to my teachers:

you are my constant and have always been a huge part of Infinity, I couldn’t do this without you!! To Maggie Smith Vicki Herr Bulisco Cindy Naples and Ashlee Purcell, who doesn’t have socials, you all started as students with me and have grown into amazing teachers that we are so lucky to have! Melissa Sebes my bestie and yoga teacher trainer extraordinaire, so much love and gratitude for you holdng your EmPower Yoga Teacher Training so these ladies could become space holders for our community! Last but not least, mad props to Michael E Molinaro and his staff for treating all of us like part of the Molinaro Health and Functional Training Center, LLC family and keeping the gym running like a well oiled machine!
