We are so pleased to have been able to be a part of the lifting and placing of the new playground sculptures for the Rifle Parks & Recreation! We had our new 65 ton Liebherr LTM 1055-3.2 doing all the picks with the help of our team members & the Rifle Parks & Recreation team. Helping support our community with projects like this, is something we always enjoy doing! We are looking forward to seeing this new playground come together for the kids to enjoy!

It's always fun when you get to do smaller bridge projects. We had our 250 ton Tadano ATF 220G-5 doing this new bridge in Sweetwater. Great project and definitely enjoyable to see it all come together in just a couple of days.

What a beautiful week we have had so far! As spring approaches, more and more projects are getting started and moving along nicely. Here is one of the projects we have been working on at Vantage Aviation in Rifle. The steel work is coming along quite nicely with the help of our 110 ton crane Liebherr LTM 1090! Great work guys!

We are doing some last lifts for White Elephant in Aspen today. We have our new 65 Ton Liebherr LTM 1055 with the jib out! We are loving this new addition to our fleet!

Throw Back Thursday! To the Robson Arena in Colorado Springs. We started this project back in 2020. We had our 275 ton Kobelco 7250, 250 ton Tadano ATF 220G-5, and our 175 ton GMK 5150L at this project hoisting the precast walls and the steel for this project. We hoisted approximately 2.1 million pounds of structural steel and a significant amount of precast concrete panels. This was an amazing project to be apart of!

PROJECT MANAGER – STRUCTURAL STEEL / PRECAST

Pioneer Steel Inc., is a steel, bridge, and precast concrete er****on company based in Western Colorado. We are seeking a motivated individuals to join our team as a Project Managers.

Duties would include:
Manage projects in an efficient, productive, and goal-oriented manner. Administer management controls and processes, including but not limited to; project transition from estimating, project scheduling, contract negotiation and review, document management, field problem tracking, billing coordination with accounting, meet or outperform cost requirements, job profitability and all communications required. Track and maintain budgets. Provide oversight/supervision, training, and leadership to subordinate team members. Review and issue sub-contracts as necessary for the projects. Maintain detailed and timely records of all communications and files/documents. Coordinate resources such as materials, crane service, rental of equipment and manpower. Report and resolve problems proactively, transparently, professionally, ethically, and honestly. Build strong relationships with customers and venders.

Position requirements:
· 2 Years minimum experience in Structural Steel / Precast Er****on
· Four-year degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred. Experience in like work will be considered.
· Have an insurable driving record and possess a valid driver’s license.
· Physically able to sit for long periods, lift 50lbs and react quickly to changing conditions.
· Demonstrate ability to be self-motivated, self-directed, and productive in the workplace.
· Ability to operate a variety of software programs, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Apple IOS (iPhone & iPad) and PDF.

Details of employment:
Positions are based out of New Castle, CO and our satellite office in Colorado Springs, CO. The Colorado Springs Project Manager will also travel with weekly or bi-weekly to our main office in New Castle, CO. These positions are five days a week, M-F. Full Time.

· Travel to projects would be required from time to time with the possibility of overnight stays.

· Salary range to start $90,000 to $140,000.
