Please welcome Erik Wardell to our team! Here is a little info about him and his style of counseling;
As your therapist, I offer a judgement-free and compassion-filled approach that will allow you to access the skills, insights, and experiences you need to heal and grow. Together we will help you come home to yourself and the life you can be living.
You are unshakably good, whole, and wise at your core. Yet, on this wild and messy ride we call life, you may have temporarily lost the ability to access your inherent goodness, wholeness, and wisdom. Together we will rediscover and connect with these innate aspects of who you are and use them to help you live the life you are meant to be living.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in Colorado under the supervision of Ashley Mauldin, LPC. I'm trained in Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and grief and loss counseling. I have a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Adams State University and I'm a member of the American Counseling Association.
I'm a Colorado native from Boulder and have been living in the Roaring Fork Valley since 2008. I'm Kellyn's husband and the father of Henry and Liv. I love working with adolescents, men, parents, and families. Let's connect and see what we can make happen.
