Often times this results in getting to know them personally. It’s hard to say goodbye at the end of their treatment, but getting discharged also means they are better and ready to get back to what they love doing.

So let’s keep moving. Here are some quick tips on how to make progress with your fitness routine:

💪🏻 Set specific goals for yourself in the short and long term, and keep track of your progress as you go.

💪🏻 Be smart! Adapt your goals and pair the right exercises together to get the most out of each session.

💪🏻 Make sure you are taking enough rest days to give your body a chance to refuel before your next workout,

💪🏻 Challenge yourself. As certain exercises become easier, start progressively adding a little more difficulty.
