Are you eligible for WIC? Otherwise you can qualify based on income.

🍎Henry County WIC provides nutrition education,
breastfeeding support, & supplemental food to pregnant
women, infants, children, and postpartum women. ❤️

This institution is an equal opportunity provider.⚖️ WIC serves:
Infants
Children under the age of 5
Pregnant Women
New moms until 6 months post-partum
Breastfeeding moms until child turns 1

If you receive Food Stamps, Medicaid, or TANF you automatically qualify for WIC services. Income guidelines are available at:

At your WIC appointment you need to bring:

Parent or Guardian ID
ID for child (Medicaid card, SS card, Proof of birth)
Person needing certified
Proof of current address
Proof of all household income for the past 30 days
WIC Card

Yesterday, we celebrated a very special milestone — 7 years of dedication, growth, and heart from Angelica Young!

Angelica has brought thoughtfulness, perseverance, and a deep commitment to her work and to our community. 💚

Over the years, we have had the privilege of watching her grow🥳not only professionally, but personally as well. She has stepped into the roles of wife and mother with grace, and now she is taking on a new challenge: turning her own breastfeeding journey into a meaningful pursuit of becoming an IBCLC-certified professional.
Her passion for learning and helping others is truly inspiring.💌💃
In her time with us, Angelica has been a driving force behind several of impactful community initiatives. Whether rallying support for our Christmas Programs or championing the Farmer’s Market Nutrition Program, her efforts have created real change and connection in the lives of those we serve.

She’s more than just a team member—she’s a leader, a collaborator, and a source of strength and positivity. Her ability to balance life, family, work, and continued growth is a testament to her character and determination.

Today we’re celebrating Jade’s one-year anniversary with WIC! From day one, she’s been a true “girl’s girl” and has quickly stolen the hearts of both clients and coworkers alike. 💖

Whether she’s helping clients, tackling tasks hands-on, or adding color to everything she does—sometimes literally!—Jade makes every day brighter and easier for everyone around her. 🌈

We’re so lucky to have her on the team! Here’s to many more years of making a difference together!
