Another year has gone by and we so appreciate all of our Emporium Family & Friends. We are looking forward to 2026. We have 2 new employees if you have not met them, come on by. We are resetting the store - ask where we moved it to - 😀. Have mark downs on some items so we don't have to move them. Moving things is hard work!!! Don't worry if you see some empty shelves - they will be filled back up soon. Thank you for all you do - we are in year 14 and plan to keep on going.

Happy Dance. The first (of many) doctor appointments happened today and it was wonderful. Phillip's recovery is going great after surgery. Can't keep a good man down! He even stopped into the store for a while. Will continue to pop in from time to time as he gets stronger - can't drive or lift anything for a while. So Happy. Thanks again to all our Emporium friends and family for everything you have done for us at this time. Be seeing you at The Emporium.

GREAT NEWS! Phillip is home from the hospital. Thank you for all your prayers and concerns. Nurse Deborah will close the store a little earlier- 5:30 - so she can take care of her patient. Thank you to every one for your comments and your prayers. Phillip's surgery went well. It's been a long day and he is resting. He will be in ICU for a couple more days. Be seeing you soon. We have the best community of friends and family. Thank you.

The Emporium will be closed Friday, October 24th as we have a surgical procedure scheduled. Our wonderful helpers will be there Saturday and Sunday our normal hours to help with your needs. They will be seeing you at The Emporium. Thank you for all you do.

It was a wonderful Fall Festival in New Castle last Saturday and we hope all had a good time. Thank you for coming out! Now we start thinking about the holidays. We have a couple of new vendors we are trying out - Cobble Hill puzzles (we still love White Mountain), but the other has more children's puzzles and a delicious candle company! Starting in 1775, it took 12 years to create a new nation and a new government. We are flying the Betsy Ross flag at The Emporium all week and have free constitutions. All we have to do is look around at the rest of the world - we are not perfect here - and be thankful for the ideas and the sacrifices that have been been, both then, and in the years since then. Be thankful.
