Among the best juices that really burn fat is Cornelia's Spiced Cranberry Juice, and this is not a recipe like the others, since Cornelia has prepared a hot drink that can easily replace mulled wine! (I like the page for more recipes)

Ingredients

1 liter of light cranberry juice (pay attention to the label!)
3 star anise (also called star anise)
2 cinnamon sticks 1
1 clove
orange and/or lemon zest (or flavoring).

Instructions

Mix the ingredients and bring to a boil. Let steep for 10 minutes and strain before serving.

Hello, I purpose croquettes to be prepared in advance and eaten hot or cold, as an aperitif or as a main course, with or without vegetables...
To prepare them, we mix:
👉 1kg of minced meat
👉 2 eggs
👉 2 cloves of chopped garlic
👉 2 tsp chopped parsley
👉 salt and pepper
We make dumplings that we flatten slightly and surround with a slice of smoked brisket, before searing it on each side in a pan. Then zou, in hot oven (200°) during 12-14mn (it also works very well with the frying pan) and we taste!
For a more gourmet version, you can add 30g of Philadelphia and 2 tablespoons of chopped onion, or even hide a piece of comté in the middle of the dumpling 🤩

💡 Easy duck breast 🦆

For perfect cooking without rotting your kitchen:
- Take the duck breast out 1 to 2 hours before cooking,
- Score the skin and roll the duck breast in a mixture of salt and cracked pepper, possibly Espelette pepper,
- Place the duck breast skin side up in an oven dish, preferably made of metal,
- Preheat the oven to 250°C and put the duck breast in the oven,
- Let it cook for 10 to 12 minutes depending on the size,
- Turn off the oven, do not open the door and cook for another 10 minutes,
- Taste it ! 🥰

Tortilla with mushrooms, green bell pepper and raclette cheese... 🥰
Saute separately some mushrooms and a small green bell pepper. Beat a few eggs and pour them into a heated pan with 1 case of clarified butter. As soon as the eggs start to set, place the mushrooms on top, then the slices of raclette cheese and finish with the bell pepper. 😋😋
Finish cooking under the broiler... 😋💪💪
