On this rainy gloomy day, waking up was exhausting but knowing I had an appointment for a chiropractic adjustment, I knew that I was just one adjustment away from having a great day. Chiropractic is about movement and function . The adjustment Changes motion patterns and improves function..I have been taking the time out of my busy schedule to make sure that I get my adjustment once a week and when I tell you it means a whole lot. So with all that being said anyone looking for or even changing your Chiropractor you MUST try Christina. I was very scared in the beginning didn’t want severe cracks, jolting, hurting, she is the most GENTLEST and she would do anything you want. If you prefer hard adjustments, she will do that as well and so well worth it. I’m blessed to have her in my life...🙏
