3 ripe bananas (mashed)
2 large eggs
1/3 cup (80 ml) coconut oil or olive oil (melted)
1/4 cup (60 ml) honey or maple syrup (optional for extra sweetness)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup (120 g) oat flour (or blend rolled oats into a fine powder)
1/2 cup (60 g) almond flour or whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
A pinch of salt
Optional: 1/4 cup (40 g) dark chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or raisins
Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
Mash the Bananas
In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
