"Low Carb Cauliflower Savory Pie

INGREDIENTS

½ head of cooked cauliflower
3 eggs
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
6 tablespoons sour cream
150 grams minced meat, braised and seasoned
1 tablespoon gluten-free baking powder
black pepper to taste
salt to taste
butter for greasing
flaxseed flour for sprinkling

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 220º C. Beat the cauliflower in a blender to grind it well. She should be very thin, similar to a farofa. Reserve.
Beat the eggs with the cream in a bowl. Add a little salt, pepper and yeast. Also add the crushed cauliflower and mix well. Add ground beef and mix again.
