✨ Community Class Update ✨

Starting January 31, our Yoga Teacher Training community classes will begin taking place in New City 🌿

This shift gives our students and community the opportunity to experience both studio spaces, feel the unique energy of each, and connect with our incredible upcoming Yoga Teacher Training graduates as they step into their teaching journey.

As of January 31, community classes will no longer be held in Nyack and will lovingly transition to New City for this next chapter. We’re excited for you to move, explore, and practice with us in a new way.

Thank you for flowing with us 🙏
we can’t wait to welcome you onto the mat in New City Jan31-March 14 🤍🧘‍♀️

Last week we had the absolute joy of welcoming into our space all the way from Chicago ✨ we missed you, Giana!!
Bradshaw brought the humor, the depth, and a seriously brilliant way of teaching human anatomy that you could feel in your body.

Our time together at District was full of connection, curiosity, big smiles, and lots of laughter.

He dropped in on our Yoga Teacher Training to share wisdom with the next generation of teachers 🙏Sharing insight and a beautiful reminder of what happens when community, heart, and passion collide.

So much gratitude for your time, your teachings, and your heart, Bradshaw 🤍🔥

If you missed this visit, don’t worry because he’s coming back to 🙌

Yoga Philosophy 101 led by

The What, Why, and How of Yoga

Saturday, January 17, 2026 | 4–6pm in New City

What is yoga and why has it mattered for thousands of years?

In this 2-hour introductory workshop, we’ll explore yoga beyond the poses by answering three essential questions:
• What is yoga? (its definition)
• Why do we practice? (its deeper purpose)
• How do we live it? (the path and practices)

Using a few foundational ideas from the Yoga Sutras, we’ll look at how yoga understands the mind, why inner steadiness matters, and how the rest of the yogic teachings offer a practical roadmap for daily life. We’ll also introduce the Eight Limbs of Yoga to provide context for how movement, breath, ethics, focus, and meditation all fit together.

This workshop is designed to be accessible, practical, and discussion-based—no prior knowledge of yoga philosophy required.

This is Yoga Philosophy for beginners:
✔️ No jargon
✔️ No memorization
✔️ Just clear explanations, real-life relevance, and open discussion

Expect real-life examples, thoughtful conversation, and time for Q&A.
Ideal for anyone curious about the meaning of yoga and how it applies off the mat.

Come connect the dots between your mat and your life.
