This Friday, November 21 at 10AM, District Yoga is honored to welcome globally recognized Jivamukti Teacher, Hachi Yu to our Nyack community.

Hachi is not only a beloved international teacher who has touched students all over the world — she is also the Yoga studio owner of the only Jivamukti Yoga school in the United States in NYC .nyc . Her depth, presence, and mastery make practicing with her a truly rare and transformative experience.

To have her sharing her offerings here at District is something we are so grateful to bring to all of you. This is a class you absolutely do not want to miss. 🖤
