Bump fit + 31 week update with 🤍✨
3rd trimester is well & truely here and I haven’t updated you guys in a while, so here’s what’s been helping support my body & baby — plus some new symptoms that have hit harder this time around 👇🏼
What’s helping:
🌿Daily movement (if I’m just tired → I move, if I’m fully mind & body exhausted → I rest)
🚶♀️Walks daily, either in nature or incline treadmill, Pilates (2x), resistance (2x), and core work week) → I pick 5 gentle, pregnancy-safe core exercises to do every other day to keep my posture + abs supported
🧘♀️Stretch + mobility → I choose 5 moves at the end of a workout, walk, or end of the day, which I do 6x per week to ease tightness + stay mobile
💧Hydration + electrolytes
🤰Support wear: this set + compression bands/shorts to take pressure off my pelvic floor
💆🏼♀️Compression socks, dry brushing + gua sha = swelling game changers
🍵Small self-care: matcha, pedicure, pregnancy lymphatic massage, friend catch ups, and date nights with my hubby 🫶🏼
What’s harder:
• Aggressive heartburn + reflux (new for me this pregnancy 😅)
• Keeping up with my boys + life demands — so grateful for the support I have 💓
