TRUE....for many people.

Acne often gets worse in winter, and here’s why:

-Dry air strips your skin of moisture, causing it to overproduce oil → clogged pores.
-Heaters make indoor air even drier, increasing irritation and breakouts.
-Heavier creams can sometimes clog pores if they’re not non-comedogenic.
-Sweat + less frequent washing (because it's cold) can also contribute.

So yes, winter can trigger more acne, especially for people with combination or oily skin.
