SHINE Yoga Kids

SHINE Yoga Kids Enhancing the lives of Children, Teens and Families through meditation, mindfulness and movement. No prior yoga experience is necessary!

SHINE YOGA KIDS offers children and teens the opportunity to practice yoga and meditation in a safe, non-competitive environment. Each class will introduce age appropriate yoga poses, incorporate games, stories, mindfulness exercises, and end with peaceful relaxation. Our after school enrichment program, "SHINE AFTER SCHOOL", is a wonderful way to bring yoga into your child's life, while enjoying the convenience of having class right after school. We work with each individual school’s PTA to determine the best day/time, as well as age range, and length of session. If you are feeling stressed, you are not alone.

Parenting is stressful.

Being a kid is stressful.

The teen years can be incredibly stressful.

Meditation can help.

There are many different ways to meditate.

Did you know coloring can be a form of meditation?

Taking a walk in nature is another form.

Meditation does not need to be rigid.

You are allowed to be comfortable while you meditate.

My goal is to work with each individual to discover the best meditation practice for YOU.
