Dry soup reduces belly in 7 days:
Ingredients
For the Base:
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
Vegetables:
2 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 cup of green beans, trimmed and chopped
1 small zucchini, diced
2 cups of chopped cabbage
1 cup of broccoli florets
1 can (14 oz/400 g) of diced tomatoes
4 cups of vegetable broth or water
Spices and Herbs:
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of chili powder (optional for spice)
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
Salt to taste
Garnish (Optional):
Fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon juice (to taste)
Instructions
Prepare the Base:
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for about 3 minutes until fragrant and the onion becomes translucent.
Add Vegetables:
Stir in carrots, celery, and green beans. Cook for 5 minutes to soften slightly.
Add zucchini, cabbage, and broccoli florets. Stir well to combine.
Add Liquid and Tomatoes:
Pour in the vegetable broth or water.
Add the diced tomatoes with their juice. Stir everything together.
Season:
Add turmeric, paprika, chili powder (if using), black pepper, oregano, and cumin.
Stir well and bring the soup to a boil.
Simmer:
Lower the heat to medium-low and let the soup simmer for 25–30 minutes, or until all vegetables are tender.
Taste and Adjust:
Add salt to taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
If the soup is too thick, add a little more broth or water.
Serve:
Ladle the soup into bowls.
Garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice for added freshness.
