Rockland Dental Specialists Periodontics and Implant Dentist serving Rockland County and New Jersey Dr. Mintz graduated from SUNY Stony Brook Dental School in 2005 with a D.D.S.

Dr. Shalom Mintz is a Board Certified Periodontist who is an expert in all facets of dental implants, laser gum surgery, and in keeping his patients in optimal oral health while they enjoy a relaxing calm environment. Dr Mintz takes pride in the time that he spends with his patients to educate them and to reassure them. degree as well as The Quintessence Award for Periodontics. Dr. Mintz continued his education at University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ where he studied advanced surgical procedures in periodontics, bone grafting and implants and received his Masters Degree in Oral Biology plus his Certificate in Periodontics and Adult Intravenous. He was a Clinical Periodontics Teaching Assistant at University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ for three years. Dr. Mintz currently lectures for continue education classes. He is a member of the following associations:
American Academy of Periodontics
American Board of Periodontology
American Dental Association
Rockland County Dental Society
In his spare time, Dr. Mintz enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their 4 children. In addition, he takes joy in playing sports and out door activities.
