Yesterday, our community came together for a beautiful morning of remembrance, reflection, and support at United Hospice’s 2026 Walk to Remember. 💙

Thank you to every participant, donor, volunteer, sponsor, staff member, and family who joined us at Rockland Lake State Park to honor loved ones and support compassionate care in our community. Your presence helped make this event truly meaningful.

To our incredible nurses at United Hospice thank you for the compassion you show, the comfort you provide, and the dignity you bring to every patient and family you serve. Your work goes far beyond medicine. You walk beside people during some of life’s most difficult and meaningful moments, and you do so with grace, kindness, and heart.

United Hospice would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Laura Beck and the Orange County Teachers Association for organizing the 1st Annual Spring Solidarity Fling and bringing so many people together for such a meaningful cause.

With more than 100 attendees representing 9 locals across Orange, Ulster, and Rockland counties, this event truly showed the power of community, compassion, and standing together.
