You’re f*cking it up if you’re setting New Year’s resolutions.

Not because goals don’t matter.
But because most resolutions are motivation without structure.

January fades.
Old habits return.
Nothing really changes.

If you want a different year, stop waiting for a date.
Build systems.
Train how you think, move, and breathe.

Real change isn’t a resolution.
It’s an identity shift.

1. Start your mornings without your phone: sunlight, water, breathing.

2. Expose yourself to one challenging thing at least once a week to train your nervous system. For example: cold exposure, or a new activity.

3. Read one book for inspiration, not for productivity.

4. Do a full review - files, clothes, subscriptions, contacts, friends.

5. Create “anti-goals” of what you NO longer want to repeat next year.

6. Write a letter to yourself for December next year.
7. Review your spending - what gives you energy, and what drains it?

8. Apply the “one-touch rule”: if it takes less than 2 minutes - do it now.

9. Start physical activity not for your body, but for mental clarity.

10. Go 7 days without sugar or alcohol - notice how your sleep changes.

11. Finish 3 unfinished tasks.

12. Create a passive income stream - even a small one.

13. Have a gratitude day: text 5 people what you appreciate about them.

14. Limit your social media time. What you consume ends up consuming you.

15. Make 1 small shift in your environment so your nervous system feels calm and focused by default.

Health. Energy. Clarity. Pick your pillars and let everything else bend around them.

3️⃣ Schedule wins, not tasks.
Small, daily victories compound into momentum. The 1% approach beats brute force every time.

4️⃣ Move the body daily.
Energy isn’t optional — it’s performance currency.

5️⃣ Protect the mind.
Digital hygiene, nature, selective inputs. What you feed your brain shapes your outcomes.

6️⃣ Practice opposite action.
When resistance hits, move toward it. That’s how discipline becomes automatic.

7️⃣ Breath + reset rituals.
Overwhelm is a habit. Breathwork and micro-pauses train the nervous system to stay sharp.

8️⃣ Review and adjust weekly.
Data + reflection beats motivation alone. Know what’s working, double it, cut what isn’t.

This isn’t hype.
It’s a system.
And the man who runs it consistently will leave the year far ahead of where he started.
