With a wide range of offerings related to Kundalini & Hatha yoga, Shamanic sessions and workshops, Mystery School, Arvigo Maya Abdominal Therapy®, Sound Vibrational Therapy wholeness and wellness, our programs and private sessions provide valuable and comprehensive tools that work in our modern times to bring pregnant mothers, babies, children, adults, and wise elders to their fullest potential and brilliance.
