नाक के अंदर बार-बार पापड़ी बनती है? इसे नज़रअंदाज़ न करें

अगर आपकी नाक के अंदर बार-बार पापड़ी (crusting) बनती है, नाक बहुत ज़्यादा सूखी रहती है, या कभी-कभी बदबूदार डिस्चार्ज आता है, तो यह एट्रोफिक राइनाइटिस (Atrophic Rhinitis) हो सकता है और आपको ENT विशेषज्ञ से जाँच करवानी चाहिए।

🔹 एट्रोफिक राइनाइटिस दो प्रकार का होता है:

1️⃣ प्राइमरी एट्रोफिक राइनाइटिस
इसमें नाक के अंदर बहुत अधिक ड्राइनेस हो जाती है।
ड्राइनेस के कारण पापड़ी बनती है और कभी-कभी बदबूदार डिस्चार्ज भी हो सकता है।
इसका कारण अक्सर स्पष्ट नहीं होता (Idiopathic)।

2️⃣ सेकेंडरी एट्रोफिक राइनाइटिस
यह कई बार गलत या अधिक सर्जरी के कारण होता है, जैसे टर्बिनेट्स को पूरी तरह निकाल देना।
इससे नाक की प्राकृतिक फिजियोलॉजी बिगड़ जाती है और अत्यधिक क्रस्टिंग होने लगती है।

इसके अलावा इसके अन्य कारण भी हो सकते हैं: • ऑटोइम्यून बीमारियाँ
• सिफलिस जैसी इंफेक्शन
• अन्य दीर्घकालिक रोग

इस स्थिति में नाक के अंदर की संरचनाएँ पतली और सिकुड़ी हुई हो जाती हैं, नाक के रास्ते बहुत ज़्यादा खुले (wide passages) हो जाते हैं, जिससे हवा का प्रवाह बढ़ता है और ड्राइनेस और ज़्यादा हो जाती है।

👉 अगर आपको नाक में लगातार पापड़ी बनना, सूखापन या बदबू की समस्या है, तो समय रहते ENT विशेषज्ञ से जाँच कराना ज़रूरी है। सही निदान और समय पर इलाज से इस समस्या को नियंत्रित किया जा सकता है।
