🌟Employee Spotlight🌟

Meet Rony James Adjei-Kwarteng. Rony has been a part of the Vida Springs family for 7 months, and in that time, he’s made a lasting impact with his dedication, reliability, and genuine compassion.
As a medication technician, Rony brings a calm, professional presence to every shift- and he’s always willing to step up wherever he’s needed. Whether it’s switching shifts, lending a hand to a fellow team member, or going the extra mile for our residents, Rony embodies the spirit of teamwork and service. He lives by the belief that “personal care should be personal,” which is exactly what he loves most about working at Vida Springs.
Originally from Ghana, Rony is currently furthering his education here in the United States while balancing work and his passions. When he’s not at Vida Springs, you can often find him reading a good book, hitting the gym, or enjoying his Sundays off to attend church, which is important to him.

* Fun fact: He used to be a serious soccer fanatic!

✨Employee Spotlight✨

Meet Cayman, a bright and compassionate member of the Vida Springs family! Since joining us at the end of February, Cayman has brought not only her culinary expertise but also a heartfelt desire to make others happy-something that shines through in every meal she prepares.

Originally from Sewickley, PA, Cayman came to Vida Springs to endeavor in something new. Though this is her first time working with the geriatric population, she’s embraced the experience wholeheartedly, quickly becoming a valued and trusted part of our team. She is a true team player and a “Jack of all trades”.

Since coming to Vida Springs, Cayman has expanded her role even further by becoming a MedTech, continuing to grow her skills and impact within our community. There isn’t a single task that Cayman will not take on. You never know what you’ll find her doing to help the community.

Before embarking on her culinary career, Cayman’s very first job was at her church, working with children from newborns to 6th grade. That early experience of nurturing and helping others clearly shaped the compassionate spirit she brings to her work today.

When she’s not at work, Cayman loves spending time outdoors. She enjoys walking through the woods, camping and canoeing with her family. Her favorite color is blue, and if you ask her about her favorite dish- it’s chicken Alfredo all the way!
