I love singing along to songs in my car and in yoga class. This Yoga Singalong is an opportunity for us to singalong to really great music while doing vinyasa but without the worry of bothering anyone else if you choose to sing. There is no pressure to sing along and there is no microphone. Just a fun Vinyasa class where we can let it all out out.

I am so excited about. I have been working on the playlist and it’s so hard to decide which songs to include. Pretty sure that means we will just have to do it again soon 😉

We go thru winter seasons every year, with shorter days, and we adjust. And sometimes it feels like suffereing; our bodies miss and crave the sunshine. What do you do to make it thru? Vitamin D? more rest? hibernate? Travel?

I remember taking this outdoor class. It was a realyl great weather day. Sunny, breezy and mosquitos were enjoying it, too. At the time, I struggled to stay in my yoga and ignore the bugs. This photo makes me laugh as these things happen to us all. I cant wait to get back out there. Outdoor yoga rules.

Happy New Year. Now is a great time to plan out some yoga time for yourself. The most important phrase in that sentence being ‘time for yourself’. As a mom, I find it essential to carve out windows of time for reset, recovery, and refocus. Momming is hard work. No sugar coating. :)

Come join me at my home studio on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Times in the pictures.

I am also available for private sessions. Private sessions can be great for so many reasons: one on one time with a trusted instructor, a chance to work on a specific focus, a class arranged for your body and your current season, etc. The list is long and unique to you.

This is definitely something that brings unplanned joy to a day. It’s never expected but we all remember one of those moments where someone’s laugh had to doubled over crying. Here’s hoping to experience this, too.
