Tai Chi classes are back in December! Every Monday from 9:00-9:45 am in the Wellness Center! Drop in rate is $5 and FREE for Members! You do NOT need to live in the retirement community to be a Member-everyone is welcome and your first month is FREE!

Tai Chi is is evidence based and has been recommended by the US CDC and arthritis foundations around the world.

Every Monday morning, I get to walk into the New Glarus Home and see this beautiful group of humans ready to move, breathe, and get stronger together. ❤️

Week after week, I watch them show up for themselves — and the progress I’ve seen in their strength, balance, confidence, and JOY is absolutely heartwarming. It reminds me why I love what I do.

I don’t just teach here — I get to be a part of their wellness journey, and that is something I’ll always be grateful for. This class fills my heart every. single. week. 🧡
