It’s beach weather today in Maine. We are accepting applications for our 15th Annual Yoga on the Beach Certification for Yoga Teaching.

Did you know that WHY offers synchronous zoom 200 hour Yoga Alliance approved Certification? We meet monthly and courses rotate allowing students to join any month and graduate when all thematic modules are completed. Next lesson is Saturday October 25.

I taught yoga today and instead of pretending that it was just another Thursday, I chose vulnerability and made the announcement that it was the anniversary of my son’s passing and thanked the group for holding space with me .

It’s said that you die twice. Once when you leave this earth and once again when people stop saying your name.

Yoga brings inner peace. When I bumped into a recent graduate of our program, she seamed light. She shared that since graduating, her intention was to either: practice yoga daily, read about yoga and mindfulness daily or teach yoga daily. Sometimes she said "I'm happiest when I can do all 3."
