Official Statement from Accura HealthCare of New Hampton

Accura HealthCare of New Hampton experienced an unexpected water sprinkler system malfunction that resulted in flooding in a portion of our facility. Thanks to the swift action of our team, all residents were safely and efficiently evacuated without injury or incident. Residents have been relocated to neighboring Accura HealthCare and other skilled nursing communities throughout the region, where they are receiving uninterrupted care and support.

We are actively working with regional support agencies, and facility partners to manage the situation, assess the extent of the damage, and ensure that all necessary repairs are completed as quickly and safely as possible. Our top priority remains the health, safety, and comfort of our residents and staff.

We are grateful for the dedication of our team members and the cooperation of our partner communities during this event. Additional updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
