Sitrin Health Care Center is one of the nation's most innovative health and wellness leaders. Programs include assisted living and long-term care services, medical rehabilitation, concussion management, military rehabilitation, child care, adaptive sports, and more. Additionally, Sitrin NeuroCare is the first & only program in Upstate New York, and one of a few in the country, that specializes in ALS & Huntington's Disease.

Sitrin’s Military Program held its Warrior Retreat this past weekend. This year, attendees enjoyed activities such as line dancing, ballroom dancing, soap making, water dodgeball, glow in the dark co****le, and a fishing derby.

Each summer, we welcome veterans for a fun-filled weekend, including social and family activities, team-building exercises, and emotional/spiritual healing. 💝

Staff Spotlight: Cha Law Paw, Gan Kavod

Cha Law Paw is a caregiver at Sitrin's Maple IRA, part of Gan Kavod special needs residences for individuals with intellectual disabilities and medically complex conditions. Cha says she loves the residents, and her supervisor says she is an absolute joy to work with! She goes above and beyond her regular schedule and always has a smile on her face. The oldest of five children, Cha loves drawing, making crafts, singing and dancing in her spare time.

Lisa Frank, Gan Kavod program director, says, "Cha's kindness has a positive impact on others. She brings sunshine to the residents' lives."

We can't ask for more than that.
