Sheena Burger, LPN, reaches out to every Sitrin employee as part of her position in Sitrin’s Education Department – teaching new employees, updating records, ensuring that continuing education and health department requirements are met, and so much more.

“I am constantly learning new things ... my coworkers are amazing people. They are the heart of Sitrin. Many CNAs, LPNs and RNs I have come to know and consider my work family. I am truly grateful for all of them! We are an amazing team – one that I am honored to be a part of. I have worked in many facilities throughout my 26 years in nursing; Sitrin by far has become my second home,” she says. “It brings me great fulfillment to make sure that staff is prepared and that they feel confident when taking care of our residents.”
