Doctor of physical therapy and business owner definitely never equated to having to put my face out on social media until I took on those two roles…
But, being in the business of women’s health, a speciality area that is absolutely not talked about enough… in an underserved area in Upstate NY…
I’d be doing a disservice to the women in our area who DON’T know that help is available and there is something you can do about pelvic floor dysfunction, whether it’s prenatal, postpartum, in workouts, or in your daily life.
All of the things that your other doctors, your mom, grandma, friends have told you are ”normal,” parts about womanhood - They’re wrong.
You don’t have to live with incontinence, pelvic/low back pain, prolapse, constipation, issues after a C-section or hysterectomy, debilitating periods.
So, that’s why I’ll keep posting. Even if I look a little silly sometimes 🤷🏻♀️
