The Falcon Clinic for Health, Wellness & Recovery Medicine is much more than medication. Wellness is more than being free from illness. We are open Monday-Friday 8-4. We take most insurances.

The Falcon Clinic for Health, Wellness and Recovery is an osteopathic care provider, located close to you. We strive to offer the best general medical care, complemented by natural Osteopathic medicine, creating a truly unique medical experience. The Falcon Clinic offers all medical services on-site, including Osteopathic Manual Medicine, and Primary Care. We will accept cash payments from those who are uninsured or otherwise. Dr. Richard Chmielewski is a Board Certified Medical Physician, in the field of Osteopathic Medicine. Apart from his private practice at Oxford Crossing in Washington Mills Dr. C. currently teaches in and works with other medical and business affiliates in the area. Dr. Brian Zylinski is Board Certified in both Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manual Medicine. He is a graduate of St. Elizabeth Family Practice Residency with a Fellowship in Osteopathic Manual Medicine from Michigan State University.
