We want you to lift heavy AND we want you to be safe doing it.
This is why we always spend time teaching and re-teaching the basics.
This is also why every cycle we go back to the beginning and work on learning the movement at higher reps and lower weight so there is less risk of pain or injury.
From there we gradually build from week to week, continuing to review and refine our movements until we are competent and comfortable pushing the weights.
After about six weeks, we do it all over again with a new series of movements.
That way, you get strong, but never get bored.
