We want you to lift heavy AND we want you to be safe doing it.

This is why we always spend time teaching and re-teaching the basics.

This is also why every cycle we go back to the beginning and work on learning the movement at higher reps and lower weight so there is less risk of pain or injury.

From there we gradually build from week to week, continuing to review and refine our movements until we are competent and comfortable pushing the weights.

After about six weeks, we do it all over again with a new series of movements.

That way, you get strong, but never get bored.

We have a 14-day trial for folks who are on the fence about this whole fitness thing. We'd love to see you give it a try 🤷🏽‍♂️

Our coaches are there every step of the way.

We know starting a fitness journey can be scary, awkward and just down right uncomfortable at times.

That's why we have coach-led strength and conditioning sessions to make sure you have a guide on this difficult journey every step of the way.

Need help with a movement? We got you.
Not sure if you should increase weight? We can help.
An exercise cause you pain? We can steer you in the right direction.

While we can't take away the scariness of it all, we will certainly do our best to make sure you feel comfortable, seen and spotted when the time comes 😉

Endurance comes in different shapes and sizes.

Some people think endurance is just about cardio and pounding the pavement, but what about muscular endurance?

Muscular endurance is your ability to do a task over and over and over again.

Farmer's Carries, Air Squats, Push-ups, Sit-ups, etc... movements that require muscular endurance for most of us.

Good training programs incorporate all types of fitness.

Hyrox Simulation aka Prime Power Play kicks off this Saturday!

It's a great way to experience Hyrox before purchasing tickets for a big event or train to prepare for a big event like Hyrox NYC in a few weeks.

In addition to hosting simulations over the course of the next few months we also host three classes per week that prep you for the conditioning demands of a Hyrox race.

However, conditioning isn't enough and you will need some prerequisite levels of strength to meet the demands of the full race.

We do that too 😉

We are a not so serious group of folks that loves to have a good time and sweat a little along the way.

Exercise is a great way to reduce stress and what better way than to smash a ball into the ground?!

This is just a snippet from our Hyrox Simulation over the weekend but one thing that everyone left with was a big ole smile on their face.
