I Have 2 friends that accts have been hacked and the scammers are asking for money. I'm not doing any benefits, asking for donations or anything at the moment or near future. Please always make sure before you donate that you are donating to a real cause. The scammers pocket I would have to say is not.... Be cautious and ask lots of questions. I wrote this to a friend struggling little with life's ups and downs. It hit me just as powerful as if it was written to me. So decided to share with who ever else needs to here it. In the places I said Girl just put your name there. This is for everyone!

Integrity, the next right thing, that's what we do. When things get hard I pray. Life is hard and watching the world it seems as if it's only going to get harder. I cant change everything in my life but I try to change the things I can. Times like these some times I lean on the people closest to me. If they can't help I remember we're I came from. I can tell you this my worse days today are ten million times better than were I was. I start a gratitude list. If I'm grateful I can't be sad, upset, mad, or any other negative emotion. You have stay ahead of the poor me's with affirmations but most of all trust God, Budda, Rick James, who ever your higher power is. Life's going to be up and down. You have to ride the wave and find the joy in surfing. You got this Girl, I promise this to shall pass. Remember who loves you and ask for chocolates. Don't let the rise and falls of life destroy your happiness because you control ur own happiness. Hold your head up Girl its going to be ok!

I was born April 30 1974, in Louisville Kentucky. I started doing drugs at the age of 10. I have had a life long career of drinking and using! I started with drinking and smoking pot which led to Mushrooms, L*D, Co***ne, Crack, Methamphetamine's, Pain Pills, He**in, and then to speed balling He**in and Ice. I was an intravenous Drug User. Most of my using buddies are dead. So everyday I go live to try to reach the sick, still suffering and their families. Sharing hope and a new way of life!
