As an ISSA-certified fitness professional and a certified reflexologist, and my over 20 years spent working in the field of physical therapy, I can help you transform your health and your life for the better. I am licensed in physical therapy and have spent over 20 years in the field, caring for all ages with emphasis in sports medicine, outpatient orthopedics, and more specific the foot, knee and shoulder. I have a Business degree and most recently broadened my education with certification in personal training and the study of reflexology. I am a long time believer that bringing homeostasis to the body can help promote the healing process and enhance modern medical intervention. Working hand in hand with a holistic approach, these techniques can aid in bringing the human body into it's natural, healthy normalcy.
