I am holding a pop up class this Saturday {7/15} 7-9am!

East Rock Wellness Center is located on the corner of Willow and Whitney & inside of this gorgeous establishment is a third floor yoga studio that is begging for us to drop in and send it -

is busting at the seams for sign ups this Saturday so I’ve joined forces with the lovely who owns the building to house us.

7-9am.
20-25$ sliding scale.
We are at half capacity.

Pre registration is a good idea - you can let me know up until 6am Saturday.
