If you’ve been meaning to give yourself consistent time to unwind, regulate, and reset—this is your invitation.
The series work allows us to go deeper than a drop-in class. Over six weeks, we build skills gradually, giving your nervous system time to learn, integrate, and shift.

Together, we’ll explore:
• Gentle, supported yin yoga to release tension and encourage down-regulation
• Mindfulness practices that build clarity, presence, and self-compassion
• Practical nervous system tools for balance and resilience
