May is Mental Health Awareness Month and this year, we’re thinking a lot about what healing actually requires.
Ketamine therapy can open a door. But what you walk through it into matters just as much.
That’s what integration is about taking the insights, emotions, and shifts that emerge during a session and weaving them into your life. And one of the most powerful integration tools we know of isn’t a journal or a breathwork practice.
It’s people.
Community provides what medicine alone cannot: the experience of being witnessed, of belonging, of mattering to someone else. Research consistently shows that social connection is one of the strongest buffers against depression, anxiety, and trauma; the very conditions many of our patients are healing from.
When you return from a session to a community that holds you, integration deepens. Insights land differently. Change becomes sustainable.
This month, we’re honoring the healers in your life; the friends who check in, the therapists who hold space, the groups where you don’t have to explain yourself.
Who’s in your community? 💬
