Weβre offering short, powerful experiences centered on mental health, embodiment, and LGBTQ+ affirmation, led by an amazing team of wellness professionals:
π Josie Adam DeRitis, LCSW is an integrative psychotherapist specializing in mind-body approaches to healing. She helps clients cultivate emotional resilience, nervous system regulation, and embodied self-awareness. She will guide a grounding somatic meditation to help you reconnect with your breath and body.
π§ Lauren, a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), trained in both India and New York City, will lead a gentle yoga sequence focused on mindful movement, breath, and creating a safe, affirming space for all bodies and identities.
π£οΈ A representative from Prism Counseling and Support LLC will host a conversation on supporting trans youth and their families. Prism provides individual and family counseling, along with support groups for LGBTQ+ youth, adults, and parents. Their mission is to help individuals embrace their authentic selves and empower families to affirm and support their loved ones. π¬π³οΈββ§οΈπ³οΈβπ
β¨ Each activity lasts 10β15 minutes β swing by to pause, move, reflect, or just take a breath. Come feel supported and celebrated.
