We've been here since 2006 and offer 90 minute Bikram Hot Yoga Classes 7 days a week (and 60 min High Intensity Interval Training classes too). Bikram Yoga is always Hot Yoga but Hot Yoga isn't always Bikram Yoga. That is why we are still called True Bikram Yoga. (We have no association or contact with the method's namesake). This is a practice to go out of your way for. This transformational practice will make you feel more empowered than you ever imagined you could be. To make you feel amazing inside and out, we have also been pressing our own delicious fresh fruit and vegetable juices and offering 3 and 5 day juice cleanses since 2014. So grab our intro from the front page of our website and come check us out. (2 weeks unlimited practice for $30)
There's plenty of street parking, a lot and a garage within a block and an awesome app that helps you navigate the meters. We have WiFi in the studio so if you have any trouble take a photo of the zone number on your meter and we'll sort you out in the studio. Download the GoNewHaven app and you'll be connected. The classes are 90 minutes, you need to get into the studio BEFORE class time and you'll need a little time after class to enjoy a juice, so plan on 2 hours total. There's an entrance on Elm St that's open when the concierge is on the clock (Mon-Fri 8a-6p) otherwise enter on Orange St. We have showers and changing rooms, an old fashion water fountain, mats ($5) and towels ($3) to rent and some awesome environmentally friendly mats for sale. You can even buy a used mat to take with you for $5.

FOUND DOG ! Supposedly found near Fair Haven or East Haven. Finders claimed they were from Florida and didn’t know the area .

No microchip and older male dog .
