A powerful transformation following total TMJ (temporomandibular joint) replacement with custom prosthetic joints, combined with Le Fort I maxillary surgery, counterclockwise (CCW) advancement, and genioplasty—with wisdom teeth removal performed prior.

This complex reconstruction was completed to treat severe TMJ disease related to rheumatoid arthritis, open and improve the airway, restore a healthy bite, and enhance facial balance and aesthetics.
These images show immediate post-op and one-week post-op, highlighting remarkably minimal swelling and meticulously placed, aesthetic scars.

Natural, balanced, and beautifully refined ✨
These before-and-after results showcase a subtle breast augmentation using a small silicone implant, combined with release of a constricted lower pole (tuberous breast deformity) and fat grafting to create a soft, natural contour and improved symmetry.

To complete the transformation, laser treatment was used to fade brown spots along the side of the breast, enhancing overall skin tone and finish. The goal: harmony, proportion, and a result that looks effortless and natural.
