Earth & Sky Yoga Yoga and Aerial Arts Studio Mantra Yoga and Aerial Arts is located at One Stamford Landing in Stamford, CT. We are a supportive, down-to-earth community.

We offer yoga & aerial arts classes that are accessible, affordable and open to all levels of students. At Mantra, our amazing instructors support and nurture their student’s practice, from encouraging the absolute beginner to challenging the seasoned practitioner. In the warmer months, we take it outside and practice our morning weekend yoga classes on Stamford Landing Dock, just steps from our s

tudio. When things cool down, our indoor classes are gently heated with overhead infrared panels and morning and evening classes are practiced by candlelight. Throughout the year we offer fun and informative workshops. Whether you are seeking the increased mindfulness, strength and flexibility gained through a regular yoga practice, or looking for the exhilaration of soaring to new heights in aerial arts, there is a place for you at Mantra.
