I love to start my day with my Chloe. Off to the beach we go. Grateful to see the sunrise. Grateful to own my cottage by thr sea. Grateful for all of you. Stay safe all those affected by the storm. Mother nature can be awe inspiring and fierce.

I am home recovering from a cold and decided to make myself healing vegetable soup. In addition, i have been making this tea for the last couple of days. Its fresh garlic, tumeric, ginger, cayenne pepper, eucalyptus essential oil - food grade, lemon and supposed to have honey but i didn’t have any so a dab of maple syrup. Spicey healing tea. This weekend i had planned to be in TN with some of BEMER family. My thoughts are with them all as they travel to see our friend, mentor and host Casey Conrad. I know they will have a fabulous time together.

I spent the day yesterday sharing my passion for BEMER! Lots of bodies on BEMER! These were all fitness professionals attending a conference and it was a privilege to watch and participate in a couple of their classes.
