Though acoustic neuromas are typically benign, they can be very debilitating to the patient. This gentleman underwent a gross total resection with excellent preservation of his facial nerve function.

Skull Base tumors can be difficult to treat and expertise matters. Here is a before and after MRI. The patient is doing excellent with only mild numbness on their face after removal. Genomic sequencing will guide next steps in treatment.
