With a variety of classes for students of all levels we invite you to come join our community and find your Breathing Room. Our Studio puts emphasis on your practice as an extention of your life, we work to create a space for you

to learn and grow with yourself and a community of like minded individuals. Breathing Room is a place not only for you to come and practice yoga with like-minded people, but a place for you to feel you are growing,
learning and contributing to and with a community.

Open Flow is an accessible vinyasa class designed for all levels. Each practice weaves breath with movement, offering options to deepen or simplify along the way. Evening candlelit classes are a time to unwind from the day. 🕯

This flow class incorporates a slower vinyasa that moves into restful poses, mindful breathing and guided relaxation. Students have the opportunity to slow down and release tension from body and mind. This is a great class to prepare for meditation or a good night’s sleep! Open to all levels and those new to yoga.

Sip on a warm cup of tea and enjoy a hand-crafted herbal snack while we explore the Ayurvedic clock which helps us align to the natural rhythms of nature. Check out different self-care products as we discuss cleansing the five senses through intentional practices. You will relax, be pampered, and learn something new all at the same time. We will end this magical evening of self-love with an abbreviated “abhyanga” which is an Ayurvedic self-massage using oil to protect the body and calm the nervous system.
