Life and death. 🐰 I’ve been gardening all day and found a dead bunny under the hydrangea bush. Could’ve been from last night. Meow meow is 8 yrs old but she can still hunt and hop the 5 ft fence with her pray. 🐾 I’m so proud of her! We celebrated with treats and now I’m going to bury the bunny in the garden. 🪴 There are a lot of bunnies in my condo area and they are always out at night when I come home from work. 💚

🧑‍🍳 Homemade bone 🍖 broth for this 5 day broth cleanse I’m doing to find autophagy, cleanse my digestive system, clear lingering ama (toxins) and improve Agni (digestive fire) 🔥

Here is what I’m using for the bone broth: beef 🐮 marrow bones, chicken 🐔 drumsticks, onion, celery, carrots 🥕 , ginger 🫚, peppercorns, ashwagnadha root, cloves, fennel, coriander, cumin, garlic🧄 oregano, basil, bay leaf 🍂, allspice, turmeric, onion 🧅 powder, chilis 🌶️ and Himalayan pink salt.

Today was a very good day. I had about 3 cups of warm pho broth throughout the day (veggie) and now I’m cooking this broth for several hours. Smells delicious already.

🐮 Liquid Gold of Ayurvedic Oils 🪷✨🔸Kshirabala Thailam 🔸✨🪷 Over the years this is one of the hardest and longest oils I make due to the low heat required and constant stirring plus excess herbs that pile up on the back end that you have to squeeze out oil from. It’s a 2 day process and long hours. But the end result is luscious and smells a lot like ghee. It’s made with all organic Bala or Sida cordifolia, whole milk and sesame oil. The result is always a beautiful and indulgent topical oil that’s moisturize and relaxing to body and mind.
